We're looking for talented Business Analysts to join our growing community, with opportunities across Digital in teams such as Working Age Services, Digital Channels, Comms and Collaboration, and Cross Boundary teams. These roles are all about shaping technical change, delivering real value, and helping improve outcomes for our users.
As a Business Analyst, you will work across the full product lifecycle, combining business needs with technical solutions to deliver value. This involves using Agile methods and industry-standard tools to produce clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring shared understanding between technical and business stakeholders, and support the Product Manager in shaping and prioritising work. The role includes analysing and improving business processes, gathering insights through workshops and research, and turning user needs into solutions.
There are strong opportunities for professional growth in our community of practise including mentorship from senior colleagues and the chance to develop leadership skills by supporting junior analysts. You will also be expected to continuously develop your expertise and contribute to the wider Business Analysis community.

Location: You'll join us in one of our brilliant digital hubs in Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle or Sheffield whichever is most convenient for you.
Hybrid Working: We work a hybrid model - you'll spend some time working at home and some time collaborating face to face in a hub.
Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £46,547.
