DWP Digital is the digital division of the Department for Work and Pensions, and we are driving an ambitious transformation programme. We are looking for talented and enthusiastic graduates eager to grow and learn with us.

You will join DWP Digital as an Engineer, immediately collaborating with fellow engineers and data professionals within autonomous, multi-skilled teams. From the outset, you'll participate in our comprehensive two-year University Leavers Engineering Programme, specifically designed to smoothly integrate you into our organisation and deepen your understanding of our operations.

You'll benefit from dedicated leadership training and the opportunity to earn a master’s qualification, helping you develop management and strategic thinking abilities.
