Great opportunity for a hands-on Tech Lead to join an award-winning FinTech business in Manchester.
The company saw customer numbers soar through 2020, so they now handle assets of almost £70bn for more than 300,000 customers and as a result are looking to grow their software engineering department.
As a Tech Lead, you’d play a key role in their growth and would be given scope to work across multiple areas including hands-on development, software architecture and people management.
You’d lead a multidisciplinary team of Software, QA and DevOps Engineers to transform the current application estate into a cloud native, microservice based architecture with solutions built on .NET Core, Angular and AWS.

In return they’re looking to offer a starting salary of up to £75,000 plus company benefits including 10% annual bonus, 6% pension, private medical insurance, 26 days holiday and flexible working, including the option to continue working part remotely post Covid.
