Looking for a role where you can help shape digital services that make a real difference? Join as a Business Analyst and play a key role in delivering change across complex, high-impact teams.
You’ll be working across a range of digital areas including Digital Channels, Working Age Services, Data Insights & Analytics and more, helping deliver services that support millions of users.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll work across the full product delivery lifecycle, bringing together business needs and technical solutions to deliver real value.
This includes working in multidisciplinary agile teams, translating user and business needs into clear requirements, shaping user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting prioritisation and delivery across sprints. You’ll also lead workshops and analysis activities to understand problems and define effective solutions.
What we’re looking for
• Experience working as a Business Analyst in an agile environment
• Ability to translate business and user needs into clear requirements and user stories
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience using analysis techniques such as process modelling, workshops and research
• Confidence working with data and insight to support decisions
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
