We're looking for an experienced infrastructure professional with deep knowledge of enterprise messaging technologies, particularly Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365. You'll combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to delivering secure and effective collaboration services at scale.
Job description
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft Exchange Online, On Premises, and Hybrid environments, ensuring secure, resilient, and scalable messaging services.

- Develop and maintain automation, tooling, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency, service performance, and user experience.
- Act as the technical authority for Microsoft 365 messaging and compliance capabilities, including eDiscovery, retention policies, litigation hold, and information governance.
- Ensure messaging platforms remain secure, highly available, and compliant with organisational, regulatory, and legal requirements through effective security controls and resilience planning.
- Collaborate with technical, business, security, and legal stakeholders to shape messaging strategy and deliver solutions that meet organisational needs.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers, championing best practice, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Maintain architecture, operational, and service documentation, while proactively identifying opportunities to adopt emerging technologies and improve platform capabilities.
