ASKS NEW CODE CAMPAIGN FOR FIRST TRANSPENNINE EXPRESS Code Computerlove www.codecomputerlove.com has unveiled the first advert in its year-long online advertising campaign to promote First TransPennine Express' Manchester Airport service. To view the advert visit http://tpemanchester.codecomputerlove.com/ To grab consumer's attention, the ad asks "Do Bears.?", but then goes on to complete the question ".take the train to the plane?" Explaining "Of course they do, it's the natural way to go." The final frame of the animated ad, that features a bear with a suitcase, promotes up to 65% off advanced bookings to Manchester Airport. Vickie Tennant, e-commerce manager at First TransPennine Express, said:"Manchester Airport is one of our most important destination stations with nearly 180 train services per day. The year long online banner campaign, which will be weighted towards national and regional travel and leisure websites, supports a new ticket that we launched in January which allows customers to pre-book and save up to 65%. We will also be running an email marketing campaign targeting the First TransPennine Express database using the same advert."
