You Know Who (YKW) Digital has secured a global marketing retainer with British luxury fragrance house Boadicea the Victorious.
The account win comes on the back of the success of an initial social media and content strategy project.
The partnership began with Manchester-based digital agency YKW being appointed to reposition the brand’s social and content approach, with a focus on better reflecting its status in the luxury fragrance market.
YKW developed a social-first content strategy designed to elevate brand storytelling, focusing on craftsmanship, heritage and aspirational appeal.
Following the successful delivery of this initial work, YKW Digital was invited to test paid media activity in key international markets, including the Middle East.
The performance of these campaigns led to the agency being awarded full responsibility for paid media across the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East.
Since taking over the account, YKW Digital has delivered significant growth in e-commerce revenue and a return on ad spend of over five on Google across global markets.
YKW combined high-quality, video-led creative with a full-funnel approach to customer acquisition alongside strategically selected influencer partnerships focused on authenticity and brand alignment. The creative even included techniques like ASMR to create a sensory experience aimed at mirroring the perfume product.
