Delivery Manager - CDDO

As a Delivery Manager you’ll be responsible for delivering a significant and high profile transformation programme which will impact DDaT assurance services throughout Government. You’ll work with the CDDO assurance team, the transformation function and with other government departments to ensure that we continue to deliver a high quality assurance function across government. Over time, and as this programme matures further projects of work will be developed into the scope of this role.

You will be core to decision making and adept at delivering complex digital projects, breaking down barriers for your team - both planning at a high level to develop and align strategic roadmaps and delving into the detail to support delivery teams in managing dependencies and removing blockers.


Who you'll be

We’re interested in people who have:

  • proven experience in delivering digital projects and products
  • proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
  • understanding of the digital landscape
  • experience in matrix-managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • experience of embedding agile ways of working within a team which has not fully implemented agile within their delivery lifecycle and practices.
  • experience of working across departmental boundaries
