Lead Developer, £70k

Fantastic opportunity for a Lead Developer to join a fast-growing tech company in Manchester city centre that are building an enterprise SaaS platform.

The platform has a team of almost 100 people working on it and is being built with state-of-the-art, cloud-ready architecture that allows for extensive scalability and includes customer facing websites, native apps, back office tools, and integrations with key third-party service providers so there’s plenty of variety with the role.

As a Lead Developer you’d be responsible for a small multidisciplinary agile team and would be working alongside designers, testers, devops engineers and other developers using industry best practice such as design patterns and principles to both update and build new features for the platform.

This role is primarily hands-on (70/30 split) with the hands-off time being focussed on technical leadership and mentoring of the other developers in the team.
