Battalion refreshes the brand for revolutionary estate agent platform Veya

May, 2022, international creative studio Battalion, has created a rebrand for Veya, an innovative tool that speeds up sale progressions for estate agents. The agency, which is known for creating successful brands for start up and scale ups, has developed Veya’s brand to raise awareness of the tool, enabling the business to meet their commercial objectives. The project also included a new website and marketing assets.

Veya revolutionises  property sales for estate agents by gathering valuable title deed data that identifies potential risks in a property purchasing transaction. The business was founded in 2019 to speed up property purchasing for everyone.  Veya enables estate agents to uncover opportunities, speed up sale progression, be more compliant and reduce fall throughs. Since establishing Veya has gone on to attract both investment and leading residential sales talent.

Battalion, Lead Designer, Joseph Joyce said: “We created a brand mark and visual language that focuses on the platform’s ability to isolate and avert any complications in the buying and selling process.Utilising the concept of ray of light that illuminates title deed issues, we created a series of visual representations of the brand mark, pairing it with a bold sans serif typeface and a modern, yet approachable colour palette.”

Veya, CEO, John McAuley, said: “Battalion has created a brand the whole business is proud of that resonates internally with our team and externally with our customers. We are on a mission to make residential property buying as straightforward as possible so creating a strong brand is intrinsic to this, now our identity comfortably leads how we communicate to our audiences and adds value to what we are saying.Thank you Katy, Joseph and the team. ”
