New Accessible Website Launch for Youth Sport Trust

New Accessible Website Launch for Youth Sport Trust

National children’s charity, Youth Sport Trust, has launched its new website in partnership with Manchester-based digital agency, Cantarus.

Cantarus’ previous work includes delivering digital solutions for clients within the charity sector including the successful Little Troopers Treasures app, the Action for Children donation landing page, and The Children’s Society wellbeing app.

Youth Sport Trust’s mission focuses on improving children’s wellbeing and giving them a brighter future, which is reflected through the new bright and vibrant branding, clearer messaging, and an intuitive user experience (UX) across all channels. Cantarus worked to meet AA accessibility standards, producing a website that is both visually impactful and easy to navigate.

The website is built on Umbraco, a flexible open-source content management system (CMS), with Cantarus’ expertise as Umbraco Gold Partners making it a clear solution. Working alongside the charity's brand agency and internal teams, Cantarus has designed and built a new platform for Youth Sport Trust that truly captures their energy and spirit, with a particularly strong focus on accessible design and faster page load times, both excellent for UX and SEO purposes.

Rebecca Doran, Technical Delivery Manager at Cantarus, said:

“I really enjoyed working on this project with Youth Sport Trust. The team has been excellent to collaborate with - communication is always open and honest, and in general they’re just a fantastic client to work with. The new website looks outstanding and we’re really happy with how it has all come together.”
