Fruition Group Expands Manchester Office Amid Rapid Growth

Technology and advanced engineering recruitment specialist Fruition Group has announced the opening of a significantly expanded Manchester office, strengthening its presence in one of the UK’s fastest-growing technology hubs and supporting continued growth across the UK and US markets.

Founded in Leeds in 2008, Fruition Group has evolved from a regional technology recruiter into an international specialist operating across the UK, Ireland and the US. The group secured private equity investment in 2023, merged with Irish recruitment firm Eolas, and rebranded in March 2025 to reflect its expanded service offering across technology and advanced engineering.

The Manchester office was originally launched in March 2024 with a team of two. The newly expanded office, opening on 23 February 2026, will seat 18 employees, housing both Fruition Group’s high-performing US specialist team, led by Josh Ripley, and its Manchester Tech consultants, led by Matt Wood.

The US team, launched from Manchester in 2023, was the group’s top-performing division in 2025. Building on this momentum, Fruition Group is actively recruiting across all levels to support further international growth.

As part of its commitment to the local ecosystem, Fruition Group has also become a member of Manchester Digital, embedding the business within the city’s thriving technology community.

Founder and CEO Sarah Pawson said:

“Manchester’s tech landscape continues to grow at pace, with start-ups scaling rapidly and major organisations establishing technology hubs in the city. Expanding our presence here allows us to work more closely with clients, deliver highly specialised recruitment solutions, and invest in long-term growth in one of the UK’s most dynamic tech markets.”

Matt Wood, Practice Lead for Northern Tech in Manchester, added:

“Having a strong on-the-ground presence enables us to build deeper relationships with local clients and candidates. Manchester’s energy and innovation make it the ideal location for expansion. Following the success of our community-led events in Leeds, we’re excited to launch a dedicated Manchester event series later this year.”

The Manchester expansion forms part of a wider growth strategy, with plans underway for a second Irish office in Dublin, expected to open in Q1 2026. Once launched, this will bring Fruition Group’s total office count to four, representing a 300% increase in under two years.

Sarah Pawson concluded:

“Our focus has always been on combining deep sector expertise with innovative recruitment solutions. This expansion enables us to scale our teams while continuing to support clients with specialist talent, all while fostering an inclusive and high-performance workplace.”
