CyberLab is launching the CyberLab Breakfast Club, a free, monthly cyber security event at DiSH Manchester, part of Barclays Eagle Labs. It’s an open room for anyone who wants to learn, ask questions and be part of Manchester’s cyber security community, whether you work in the industry or are simply curious about how cyber threats work.
Each 90-minute session follows the same format. It starts with breakfast and networking, then a briefing on the month’s biggest cyber stories, followed by a live feature from a different CyberLab team and an open-table Q&A with our experts.
The launch on Thursday 12 November puts our HackRisk app in the spotlight, with a live walkthrough and a personal Cyber MOT for everyone in the room. After that, upcoming sessions cover deepfakes, a real ransomware attack from detection to recovery, social engineering, compliance and your digital footprint.
