Higher education institution University Academy 92 (UA92) is working with leading professional services firm EY as part of a collaboration that places industry expertise at the heart of learning.
The global professional services firm, which has been working with UA92 since July 2024, has already directly supported over 200 students through initiatives such as curriculum development, classroom engagement, mentoring, careers fairs and work experience.
EY's input into shaping the curriculum across core modules within UA92’s BSc (Hons) Business Management degree ensures that course content reflects the latest industry developments. This means students are equipped with relevant skills that align with future sector needs.
The innovative collaboration has also seen EY deliver guest lectures, workshops and Dragons’ Den-style assessments, bringing real-world perspectives directly into the classroom.
UA92 CEO Sara Prowse said: “After a highly successful year of collaboration with EY, we’re proud of the progress we’ve made together and the impact it’s created.
“EY’s involvement has already had a profound impact on our business students, whilst EY has benefitted from the fresh perspectives our students bring to the table.”
Chris Gallagher, Partner at EY, added: “We greatly admire UA92’s forward-thinking approach to education. With industry engagement and personal development at the core of UA92’s mission, we believe there is a real opportunity to enhance student outcomes.
“UA92’s commitment to producing work-ready graduates aligns with our ambition to develop and nurture a strong pipeline of future talent.”
This collaboration reinforces UA92’s mission to break the mould of higher education by embedding industry collaboration, personal development and employability at the centre of its student experience.
