About the Role

The Manager of Network Services is an integral part of Latham’s Technology team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's global network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient operations, while developing network strategies that align with business objectives, including the design, configuration, and deployment of network components. This role will be located in either our Manchester, Las Vegas, or Global Services Office, in Downtown Los Angeles. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring Network Services professionals, fostering a high-performance team and encouraging professional growth
  • Overseeing network infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organisational needs and effective project management
  • Enforcing security policies and procedures, monitoring for incidents, and conducting assessments to mitigate risks
  • Utilising monitoring tools to proactively manage network performance and ensuring infrastructure efficiency and scalability
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation of network systems and providing leadership with performance and project reports

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (i.e., organising, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective management
  • Display familiarity with project management and quality assurance practices
  • Possess expertise in Cisco networking hardware and software

And have:

  • Technology experience, and experience with enterprise-grade network design and operation, including Cisco systems
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware)
  • Management experience
