Today, we join many around the world in celebrating International Women’s Day! 💜
This year’s theme is #EmbraceEquity and asks us to challenge gender stereotypes, call out discrimination, draw attention to bias, and seek out inclusion.
As part of our mission to empower women across our businesses and to highlight role models who create visibility of the female experience, our Women’s Inclusive Network is relaunching our Inspiring Women Awards today across Sopra Steria, SSCL and NHS SBS.
These awards are about recognising the achievements of women and the many ways that our female colleagues are making a difference. There are five categories with varying prizes available for all shortlisted nominees, runners-up and winners.
We also have a series of hybrid roadshows kicking off this morning in London and continuing in three other office locations throughout March, supporting this year’s global theme. How can we break down barriers? How can we unlock the potential for personal growth and success? Our roadshows will be addressing these questions and more as we welcome inspirational guest speakers along with insights from exciting speakers from across our organisation.
