There are many reasons why we are the UK’s leading independent scrutineer. UK Engage offer a portfolio of solutions to support the end-to-end running of ballots and elections, in addition to secure voting processes in meetings and conferences.  But what makes us stand out from the competition is our dedication to customer service excellence.

Our team at UK Engage continually strive for and maintain the best customer service and impartial accreditation is vital to help hone our products and services to their optimum.  We are the only electoral services provider that hold the prestigious ‘Customer Service Excellence’ award, with an overall impression of customer service of 100% in 2022/23.  We send our customer surveys out at the end of the month when jobs are completed and we now have a full year of responses to report to Customer Service Excellence (CSE) who regularly assess us, the most recent assessment taking place February this year.  Our biggest take away from our customer feedback was that 90% of responders view us as market leaders when it comes to Customer Service Excellence:

  • 90% of respondents said we were an improvement on their previous supplier
  • 10% said we were the same
  • 0% said we weren’t an improvement

Furthermore, we are delighted to share that we have reported a score of 100% to CSE for 2022/23. Scores for overall satisfaction, service, support and products are detailed below, where NO category was scored below “good”:

  • 100% gave a ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ overall impression of customer experience
  • Our account managers scored 100% for their project management and support
  • 100% of responders said they would use our services again
  • 100% of respondents said they would give us a recommendation
