Last week, we were thrilled to officially launch Venture Café Manchester on Thursday 23rd October, bringing together local innovators and connecting them with a global network of changemakers. The atmosphere at Sister’s Renold Innovation Hub, in partnership with the Advanced Research + Invention Agency (ARIA) and Sister, was electric.
Our launch event, Global Connection | Local Innovation, welcomed almost 300 founders, researchers, creatives, investors, and policymakers — all sharing ideas, forming partnerships, and celebrating Manchester’s vibrant innovation community. It was inspiring to see so many people come together with a shared vision: to collaborate, learn, and drive forward the city’s creative and entrepreneurial energy.
As part of the global Venture Café network, we’re committed to creating an open space where ideas collide and communities grow. Through weekly gatherings, talks, and networking, we aim to keep the momentum alive — helping Manchester’s innovators connect, scale, and make their mark on the world.
