What is this role?
This is a data‑driven role within the Data and CRM team, where you’ll use analysis and insight to support marketing, research and customer understanding.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, helping them make better decisions through clear, compelling data, while also supporting the team as we transition from a legacy system to a new Knowledge & Insight data warehouse.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be involved in:
- Analysing and reporting on multi‑platform customer journeys
- Delivering accurate data for campaigns, dashboards and reporting
- Working across multiple data projects at pace
- Transforming data into insights for technical and non‑technical audiences
- Supporting the move to a new enterprise data warehouse
- Sharing knowledge and helping the team grow and evolve

Technical skills (high level)
We’re looking for experience with:
- R and/or Python for data preparation, analysis and automation
- Data warehousing and ETL processes
- Data visualisation and dashboarding tools
- Web and app analytics / traffic optimisation tools
