Job description
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in understanding complex business challenges and translating them into user-centred digital solutions that deliver real value.
Working within the Create Service Line, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, users and multidisciplinary teams to identify needs, analyse processes, and shape improvements that support organisational and policy objectives. You'll lead investigations into business opportunities, define requirements, assess options, and ensure solutions meet both user needs and strategic goals.
You'll build strong relationships across the department, influence decision-making with evidence-based insights, and help drive continuous improvement. The role also offers opportunities to mentor colleagues, champion business analysis best practice, and contribute to the development of the wider profession.

Person specification
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following experience:
- You will be an experienced Senior Business Analyst holding the BCS diploma, or be willing to work towards it.
- Good organisational and communication skills with an attention to detail.
- Identifying, investigating and analysing of complex business problems.
- Identifying and comparing the best processes or delivery methods to use, including measuring.
- Co-ordinating of requirements, management, prioritisation and considerations.
- Experience of delivery of technology based projects.
